A journey into the microcosm
Fifth-grade students of the Feodor Lynen Gymnasium visit the students' lab MaxLab

Overall, 38 fifth-grade students from the Feodor Lynen Gymnasium spent during the past weeks one afternoon in the MaxLab, the students' and visitor lab of the two Martinsried Max Planck Institutes. The students' visit to the lab was part of a project class in natural sciences by the Planegg Gymnasium, the new partner school of the Max Planck Institute of Neurobiology and the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry. The aim of this cooperation is to spark the students' curiosity and thus their interest in natural sciences and also to bring the public closer to the research of the two institutes.
