Accomodation and Prices

Housing will be provided at our institutes´ guesthouse and at several hotels in the area.

The meeting will be held at the Max Planck Institute for Ornithology, Seewiesen, Germany. For your convenience we have partnered with our on-campus guest house and two closest hotels (Andechs, 7 km; Herrsching, 10 km). A contingent of rooms is reserved until 15.04.2020!

Please book rooms individually indicating “BIRDSONG 2020 – MPI for Ornithology” on your booking request. Accomodation costs have to be paid directly to the hotel.

PLEASE NOTE: Rooms are assigned on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. Low-priced rooms might be booked quickly. Also note that it is high season for the hotels.

For participants who stay in hotels, a daily shuttle service to the meeting venue can be organized.
